علي الراشدي
ناشط اجتماعي، ولد عام ١٩٨٨و مقيم بعمان من سنة ٢٠١٤.حصل على شهادة البكالوريوس من جامعة الموصل و بدأ العمل المدني عام ٢٠١١.كانت بدايته بالعمل المدني عندما عقد مؤتمر تأسيسي للعمل التطوعي التابع لوزارة الشباب في بغداد “مكانت الي اي انشطة مدنية قبل هذا المؤتمر لكن روح العمل التطوعي شي فطري موجود داخل الانسان” اتضح لعلي وجود عمل تطوعي داخل بغداد ولو بصورة بدائية بعد الحرب،بدأ بعدها علي بالتواصل مع المركز الوطني للعمل التطوعي من خلال .تواصله نفذ مع فريقه عدة مشاريع و اعمال تطوعية و تطرقوا ايضاً الى المبادرات الثقافية و حملات توعية للشباب ضد التدخين
تنمية روح العمل التطوعي و المبادرات التي تهدف للتوعية كانت مكتسبة بالنسبة لعلي “التنمية چانت مكتسبة و هي موجودة فطرياً اني كعلي و كانت مكتسبة من خلال الاتطلاع على العمل التطوعي و حسيت هذا المجال ممكن ان ابدع بي و بديت اتواصل كثير و اشترك بدورات تدريبية و مؤتمرات مع الامم المتحدة و مديرية الشباب و الرياضة داخل نينوى ايضاً الصندوق الوطني لدعم السكان”.
بالحديث عن عمل علي الحالي و التعريف عن شبكة نجاح “اني انتميت لشبكة نجاح و حضرت دورات تدريبية قبل دخول داعش للموصل في السليمانية،كان المفروض نبدي نعمل ما يسمى بيوت نجاح داخل الموصل لكن للاسف تعرضت الموصل لهجمة من داعش و سقطت،توجهت بعدها الى السليمانية و حصلت على عقد عمل بالمكتب التنفيذي للشبكة بالاردن،شبكة نجاح تهدف لتمكين الشباب و نشر ثقافة النجاح و الازدهار بالمنطقة العربية،احنه عدنا برامج تدريبية نهدف من خلالها الى تمكين الشباب من طرح ثقافك السؤال و تمكينهم من التفكير بطرق مختلفة،و اني حاليا مدرت مُعتمَد عليه فئة B”
خلال مسيرة علي بالعمل التطوعي تم سؤاله عن العوائق التي واجهها “العمل المدني دخل للعراق جديد،الناس مكانت تقتنع بالفكرة و من الناس المعارضين كانوا اهلي و كانوا يقولون شنو هاي انت مسافر كل يوم شدتسوون بس تضيعون وقت و لمن اوجه دعوة تدريبية للناس اشوف ضحك و استهزاء اضافةً الى العوائق الامنية اللي واجهناها داخل الموصل و لمن تقول امم متحدة القوات العسكرية اللي قبل داعش كانوا يقولون انتوا مدعومين من قبل اميركا و انتوا راح تخربون الشباب.من اصعب العوائق الاخرى اللي واجهتها هي انتقالي للاردن بعيد عن اهلي و اصدقائي بمجتمع مختلف”.
بنهاية الحوار يهدف علي لنجاح اكثر و اسماه بنجاح حيوي و مستدام “هذا النجاح الحيوي يعني اكون ناجح بحياتي الاجتماعية و مع اهلي و الاهم اترك اثر بعد رحيلي”.
Born in 1988, a social activist and a resident in Amman from 2014, Ali got his Bachelor’s degree from university of Mosul. In 2011 he began his civil work when he held a conference about starting the volunteer work of ministry of youth in Baghdad “Before this conference, I did not participate in any civil activities .Innately, the spirit of volunteering exists in every human”. After the war , even with a primitive image there was still a volunteering work inside of Iraq which Ali has discovered , later on , Ali contacted the national center which is responsible for volunteering which led to many projects , volunteering works he did with his team , on top of that , they also discussed the Cultural initiatives as well as starting a campaign for young people awareness against smoking.
When it comes to Ali developing his spirit of volunteerism and the initiatives he did with his team for awareness was like a jackpot! “development is within me innately “ by just looking through the volunteering work, I felt I can be creative in this field so I started communicating with other volunteers and participating in training courses , conferences with UN , Youth and Sports Directorate in Nineveh and also National Fund for supporting the population.
By talking about Ali’s current job and defining the network of success “the network of success aims to enable the youth and spread the culture of success, we have many training courses that can help the youth to understand questioning and also to enable them to think in lots of different ways, All in all the prosperity in the middle east”. Before Daesh have entered Mosul in Sulaymaniyah, I prepared many training courses and we were supposed to start working on what is called success of houses but unfortunately Mosul was attacked so I had to go to Sulaymaniyah to get an Employment contract in the executive office of the network in Jordan”. Currently, Ali is a B+ certified instructor.
-We asked Ali about the obstacles he faced during the beginning of his volunteer work.
Civil work was new to Iraq and to its people, they did not have any idea about it, many people were not convinced about it including my parents , they used to think that I was wasting my time and every time I do a training course for who is interested , I start seeing laughter and mockery, in addition to the security issues in Mosul , many people used to accuse us that we’re supported by America and that we are a bad influence to their youth but moving to Jordan and leaving my family and friends behind was difficult to me.
At the end of the discussion , Ali said that he will always strives for more success in his life not only in work but also successful in his social and family life and to leave a mark on the world”
